Nicola leads the business as Principal Consultant and main point of contact, providing practical consulting, tailored training, Property Management Health Checks, leadership coaching and operational support.
Brittany Hutchins and Taylor De Pasquale work alongside Nicola, providing administrative and implementation support to our clients. This includes workflow development and implementation, data cleaning, template and task setup, system organisation and general property management administration—helping turn recommendations into practical, effective processes.
Together, the team provides a practical, hands-on approach to improving efficiency, strengthening systems and building capability, supporting property management businesses across metropolitan and regional Victoria.

From developing implementation strategies and attending weekly team meetings to introducing stronger structures, improving processes and building accountability, our support is tailored to what your business and team need.

Each training day provides real-world examples, practical tools and strategies your team can confidently apply in their day-to-day roles. Training topics and locations can also be tailored based on demand, so if there is a specific area you would like covered or a preferred location, we would love to hear from you.

This service is available following a Property Management Health Check, ensuring the support provided is targeted to the needs and priorities identified within your business.
